That maybe because there is no rush and he knows he has the time to make accurate throws. B
That's the reason. You have 4 seconds to throw or it's a "sack." Recruiters don't pay much if any attention to 7 on 7. They want to see your games live or game film.
7 on 7 is good for receivers to catch some balls.
It's not a good indicator for qb's reading coverages either because a lot of coaches create 7 on 7 schemes that they'll never use in a game or they will have defensive guys playing out of position.
I've seen teams put their starting WR's at LB just to win a 7 on 7 tournament

I don't have my Adobe video program anymore. It died with my laptop, two laptops ago.
Then I downloaded a more recent version of Adobe Premier on my last laptop and either I didn't know how to use it or it had bugs, so I just gave up video editing.
I can still do gifs with my photoshop program, but after 7 straight years of gif'ing everyday, it's hard to find inspiration & creativity strong enough to over-ride the burnout.
Oh wow!! A true loss for this board. I loved your quick response to my request of putting the aTm DT recruit in an LSU jersey, which I heard he loved. It didn't sway him enough, but it surely didn't hurt. Thanks for your contributions over the years.

If he was still committed to auburn this board would be very critical of him.

Couple that with the fact he is an elusive, 6-3ish, 225-pounder
We're supposed to have one already.

I think we need to ignore TnTigerman. He's more of a subtle troll than a full blown troll. But his posts are almost always terrible.
Only almost terrible. Not all.

Tebow was the greatest college QB of all time. I think he would have done fine in Les Miles' offense
I agree. Yes, he was. But if we are going to build a passing game and improve our passing efficiency, we need a pure, right-handed passer. See Mett.

You sadden me because I worked in Murfreesboro at StR for 4 years.

Being right handed is not the pre-requisite to being a pure passer. Having a strong arm, some mobility, a reasonable amount of smarts, and good coaching are normally the determining factors of a QB's success, both at the college and NFL levels.
Unfortunately Urban Meyer didn't really prepare Tebow for how to play the QB position at the NFL level. In fact virtually nothing Meyer taught him for how to win college games was useful at the NFL level.
Hopefully, our coaching staff will not take the same approach with Narcisse. He has all the physical ability to be a really good QB so long as he is taught the proper fundamentals like 3, 5, and 7 step drops, reading coverages, and not staring receivers down.

You really think I'm going to divulge that on a message board?

You forgot accuracy. It is the most important aspect. A guy can have all the arm strength and mobility he wants, it won't matter if he can't consistently hit his target.
Brady has virtually no mobility and just a good, but not great arm. Brees can move a bit, but he isn't the physical prototype for a QB. The thing that makes both great however, is that they rarely miss their targets.

That's because Tebow isn't an NFL QB. He's basically an athletic TE playing QB. Meyer just does a great job designing an offense that utilizes his QB's strengths. Tebow wasn't asked to make very many tough throws or reads at Florida. Meyer's offense schemed to allow him to make plays he could make. You never know the name Tim Tebow if he forced to be strictly a pro-style QB or even put him in an offense like they run at Baylor (or used to anyway)

Looks like footwork and throwing motion needs some improvement but glad he's one of the good guys!
change your name to crumbdumb. kids dont take real drops in 7v7. theres not pass rush nor oline. consequently, they tend to not create longer throws with the drop. throwing motion is fine.

I don't like how he's labeled as a dual threat. Sure he can run when he has to and St. James does have designed qb runs but the kid is pass first qb.
Another dumb comment. Dual-threat is not a "label". Just means you can run and throw. The negative connotations come from dumb arse non ball playing guys, sitting in front of their PCs, or sipping on Coors while they share their infinite QB knowledge.

WHAT??? It may not a good measure of what a particular team might run in real game, but it IS a good measure of the QBs ability to recognize cover 1,2,3, or 4. Whether a CB is playing man or zone technique. If you cant see these things without a pass rush, youre likely to struggle in a real game.
