Sansa knowingly sacrificed thousands of loyal soldiers because she withheld vital information. This has been pointed out by numerous writers and commentators the last 24hrs. It's not some crazy theory brought up by the poster.
Yes, Jon was dumb to fall into Ramsey's trap, but what Sansa did was sadistic, secretive, and monumentally stupid. As someone else pointed out...all traits just like her mother. This is not a coincidence and one of the many reasons Little Finger wants her so bad.

When Arya saw her brother Robb's body, you can feel her pain. When Sansa glanced at Rickon's body, eh.."where Ramsay?".

Sadistic? Maybe. Secretive? Certainly. But it was far from stupid. Sansa made a cold and calculated military decision that worked to perfection. It's much like the call Robb made to send a portion of his army as a decoy to Tywin while the bulk of his force engaged and captured Jaimie. It may have been more honorable to join all the forces and engage in a head-to-head battle, but honor doesn't win wars. Strategy and treachery will get you much farther.
