Word around town here is that other witnesses are saying he was unarmed and holding a cell phone. No camera on the cop. It may get a little messy before the investigation is done and the full truth is known.

Just another idiot who got what he deserved. What in the world would posses you to reach for a weapon when dealing with a police officer if you didn't have intent to try and shoot him? This outrage is ridiculous.
