I mean, if we get him at the vet minimum with no guaranteed money, then we can cut him the very moment he causes us trouble. I still wouldn't do it, though. And that's coming from someone that doesn't mind sub-par character players that can help us win. I was tired of Junior's turdishness, and I still probably wouldn't have cut him (though I'm obviously not a part of the locker room, he may have been causing problems). He was still a stud when we let him go, and I would have preferred our coaches try to work it out, despite how difficult that would be. Hardy just isn't worth it. If you came to me from the year 2017 (drinking your filthy space bourbon and eating space Doritos) and told me that he would get 10 sacks this season while starting one minor scuffle, I'd be down despite his turd history. But I think, realistically, his best case scenario is around 6 sacks and pissing off 25% of the team. I know what he did in 2013. I'm just not interested as I don't think he'll play half as well.
