It's the vogue thing to blame the younger generation but this shite started a long time ago with the frivolous lawsuits. Previous generations bitched about there not being enough warning labels on things.
The first big one I can remember was the 80 year old woman that sued McDonald's over the hot coffee. That lady was born around the turn off the century. There have always been people that think the world should cater to them. The internet has simply given them a giant soap box now.

There's been some frivolous lawsuits but this isn't one of them IMO. She had to have multiple skin grafts on her thighs and pelvic area from the burns. That's pretty absurd.

This is all that's really changed. The internet has made it really easy for stupid people to have their ideas heard, and for other stupid people to latch onto those ideas until it's a "movement". Then it fizzles out without anything actually happening, because these people are lazy, dumb, and quickly distracted. Then the next dumbass idea of the week starts the whole process over.
