I used to work at Disney world. It's the whole body. There's a lot of hidden mickeys. The biggest one is Hollywood studios.

That second picture is cool but must be pretty old. That amphitheater at top left is not there now and Mickey's wizard hat is not in the center. The hat was recently removed.

That top one looks like shite. I didn't know Mickey had hikers' legs and his head was shaped like a weasel.
