This. I'd spend a day in France for sure. Then I'd do a day or two in the Alps on your way to Prague.

Europe is a lot more than just the big cities. Most of your history, museums, etc are in the big cities but the scenery and culture are better experienced in the smaller towns IMO. I think you'll enjoy doing Barcelona - Munich - Prague with stops in between over adding another big city.
