Watching videos like this remind why people move to St. Tammany parish. I mean, violence is one thing, but why do they have to act so trashy when they are violent. Well I guess it happens when they aren't violent as well. Whatever the case may be, it just drives me crazy when they don't use proper sentences or grammar. Why can't they talk proper English?

I guess at the end of the day it's a cultural thing. If that's the case, it's safe to say that their culture sucks.
