We have probably the strongest one in the state or close to it. Tons of teams, good competition but there are still those teams that you play where it's just batting practice and that turns teams off.

If you had a draft you could eliminate a lot of that, but no one wants to bite the bullet for the good of the league. They want to keep their teams together for tournaments and to control all-stars.
