I agree td and mouth. As beer enthusiasts we want them to make the best beer possible and we think that should be their goal too. Unfortunately they're looking at bottom lines and I'm guessing it would be risky to mix things up. I want to say the brewer from Covington is the bassist from cowboy mouth

Wonder how many batches Parish, Gnarley, and Great raft throw out before they decide to sell to the public. Sure a lot of places do the same though, even those at Abita.
