I did not know that. Upon googling it, you are right.

I did a bit of research. Looks like plane is going to land in Gate B21-29. Departing flight will be around C-14. The wait and transit time of the tram is around 5 minutes from B to C. Now I have to calculate how long it will take for me to get to the tram and from the tram to departing gate.

That's all dependent on the date and aircraft.

You need to just call United and ask to speak with a supervisor regarding minimum connection times at IAH from domestic regional carrier to international mainline carrier. The MCT's vary based on the flight number, among other factors.
