The only teams that had any benifit with double elimination are the top seeded teams. Fla, Miss St, & TA&M. They all lost a game and still in Tourney. LSU & Ole Miss are both undefeated and if lose tomorrow go home having lost only one game. While I realize the reasons for switching to single elimination, LSU or Ole Miss could go home with a 3-1 record while Fla or TA&M will play for the championship with the same identical record.
