No way in hell I am taking out a card in my name for company purposes.

I have a corporate Amex, I signed a single form to get it saying I wouldn't commit fraud I think.
All I buy is gas for the truck and donuts/lunches for the job site occasionally. My big responsibility with card is to do my expense reports in a timely manner so Amex gets paid.
If I want the points I can pay the fee, but I don't spend enough to get the $100 fee back in points.
My wife has similar setup and she pays the fee and we get a few gift cards a year from points, but she's charging a lot more.
