As a former fit dude, turned fat dude who is currently working on getting back in shape, I don't judge anyone. I also understand different circumstances can lead to it for different people and being lazy isn't the only reason like the OT wants it to be.
Depression, medical issues, stress, etc can all play a serious factor. Of course, there are those that are just lazy or the ones that aren't lazy but they just DGAF and like to eat and enjoy things.
To each their own. I don't sweat the small stuff anymore.

It just became hard to stay physically active and eat well when they were little. I admit I could have done it, it's my fault completely.
I'm trying to lose some weight. It's tough to completely change your lifestyle but I'd like to see my kids grow up and get married and have their own so it has to happen.
