They want money and target kids who might be under the radar in non-revenue generating sports. If your son is a known college prospect, you do not need their assistance. If not, in my opinion, you can market your son equally effectively at the cost of your personal time.

They are actually a recruiting service unlike Rivals, 247, ESPN etc which are for fans. That said I wouldn't bother unless your kid goes to tiny school or a new football program
