Why would you want to take away one of his greatest strengths? His passing ability is the main reason why his teams are so successful.

I like the point Windhorst made about the lineup changes Lue has made. He said that playing Kyrie with the first unit makes him more willing to share the ball, and playing Lebron with the second unit helps with depth because he's inherently a better distributor. This along with playing Frye/Love at the same time creates spacing, allowing Lebron and Kyrie to penetrate and providing more overall flexibility. The Cavs have been dominant against the East, but those changes are largely matchup independent.
