Interesting stuff. On the first round of ticket allocation, 8,800 requests were made, limits were placed, and only 20,000 of 29,000 available tickets were allotted. Now, they're having a second request period to try and fill the 29,000. Only those that originally requested tickets can request a second time.

The original ticket allocation was as follows:

Wisconsin 40k (11k held for students, band, UW AD, players, etc.)
LSU 20k
Packers 20k (club seats, suites, etc.)

Hope we end up getting a majority of those extra tickets and putting more people in the stadium than them in their home state.

They will. Sounds like the AD wanted to make sure even the small-time donors got tickets. Now that they have, the big dogs will grab the rest.

I can attest that most Badger fans are pretty damn excited to see the Badgers play on what they consider to be hallowed ground. These 9,000 tickets won't last long.

Relax. You'll find tickets for a reasonable price if you're patient. You will grossly overpay if you buy tickets in May for a sporting event happening in September.

Not only will they sell all of their tickets but Wisconsin will win the game, BIG.
