not only that, but disney has shown that they literally give zero fricks about the quality of their parks. epcot is a complete joke that hasn't been given a proper facelift in, well, never. the "around the world" 360 degree videos are antiquated as hell, featuring analog video that was literally recorded decades ago. anyone with a broadband connection could go to youtube and watch a more informative, better quality video for free. the ride inside the ball thing, again, is ancient and outdated as hell. but hey, there's a pretty good olive garden clone in the Italian pavilion. food isn't quite as good, and it's 40% more expensive, but good enough, right?

I agree with this. The complete neglect of Epcot is a travesty. They spent an EPIC amount of money on it at one time, but it hasn't been updated and has actually been slowly collapsing (instead of updating or repairing the various "pavilions" they are just tearing them down). The idea is that it's a permanent world's fair. World's fairs are supposed to 'wow'. You are supposed to see new engineering and technology. At Epcot, you can see what people thought was groundbreaking in 1980. Those rides and attractions WERE cool in the '80s. They were somewhat predictions of the future, back then. But since that time $0.00 has been spent on it and it's more like a time capsule now than a world's fair. It's embarrassing. I'd be embarrassed of its backwardness if I was Disney and just shut it down until I had the money to overhaul the whole thing.

Yeah man, I remember going on Figment's Imagination ride or something in Epcot a few years ago. It was total shite
