The fact that a man isn't supposed to be in there, regardless of how he feels. Once you allow this change, there's no real way to tell who isn't a threat because they truly feel that way from someone who is only saying they feel that way just to get in there.

But it's not just kids, it's women as well. Currently a woman can feel very secure in thinking she can use the bathroom without some freak trying to catch an "upstall" shot (I just created the word). Push this change to everywhere and you are literally saying to women that their reasonable expectation of privacy and security in using the bathroom away from the prying eyes of men is outweighed by some guy's possible feelings about himself.
