I am about an hour in, it's very fast paced and it's defiantly a DOOM game. Soundtrack goes back to the original style. I am enjoying it so far.
They hide the secret areas very well and from the campaign you just know when you are in a MP map area.
OK first fricking strike against this game JUMP PUZZLES!!!!!

I'll pick it up in a few days. I've heard enough positive things for it to warrant a purchase.
