Not so sure about that. He's won the "Golden Arm"/"Strongest Arm" award at pretty much every camp/competition he's been in

he has good arm strength. What you see on tape is mainly a function of the offense. They roll him to his right a lot for some reason, and on top of that they dont run many routes that let him show off his arm. He throws a lot of lob and jump balls.
but i watched some videos the other day when he committed, and on occasion you can see him throw with a lot of zip, esp on plays when he rolls left.
