How much water to dilute 32% UAN solution?

Anyone have experience with this? Just talking to fertilize my lawn. Only thing I can find online is to use 2-4 oz per gallon of water, but it wasn't from a credible source.

That sounds about right. Maybe even less. Had some in a Dasani water bottle and put a cap full in a 1 gallon garden sprayer. Seemed like it could've been a little stronger but it did the job.

So you didn't kill anything with that amount? That's all I'm worried about.

I think 32% UAN weighs a little over 11 lbs to the gallon so that would be roughly 3.5 lbs of nitrogen per gallon.
Look at the nitrogen requirements of your particular turf and apply accordingly.
On my Bermuda grass I mix 10 gal of 32% N sol with 10 gal of water and put that on 1 acre.
I do that because the orifice in my sprayer puts out 20 gal/ac at 4 mph.
I am running it through stream bars not spray nozzles.
Those brown patches are the old bermuda that did not burn when I burned it off in the early spring.

No. Not with a bottle cap worth of UAN to a gallon of water. I applied it to a spot of my uncle's yard roughly 20'x30', once a month for 4 months. He ended up having to cut that spot twice a week compared to the rest of his yard once every week/week and a half. It had a pretty blue tint to it also so maybe just feel it out as you go. It snuck up on us

You should be able to apply a pound of nitrogen per 1000 sq ft. You might get a little burn but it will recover quickly.
