it's easy to say things like this in hindsight.

he was and still is a bean pole. How he played in college wasn't that much different than Jimmer, although steph was better as a college player by a little bit. Neither of those two guys were thought of as players that would become great NBA players, despite both being drafted in the top 10. One looks like one of the best ever, and the other looks like he's barely good enough for the D-league.
