He's younger. Thats really what it comes down to.
People assume that because he did what he did as a freshman which is a lesser version of what Buddy did as a senior, that in X years Murray will have surpassed Hield and become a better pro. Which I think is flawed logic.
If Murray and Hield are both on the board I would take Hield.

Murray's ceiling is much higher than Hield. plus hes very young.
