Probably looking at some type of an exotic beach resort that has good food, scenery, fishing, and isn't extremely populated.
Budget isn't too much of an issue. Maybe some random island off Brazil? Small town in Mexico? Cuba?
Colombia. Best country in south america. mountains, jungle, beach, clubs, hot women, architecture.. it has it all
