buy him/her a lifetime hunting and fishing license (they are cheap, about 200 bucks)
we never had baby monitors, when they cry you will hear them and you will check on them numerous times a night

I always see this on here and either you people have really thin walls or sleep right across the hall from your kids
we would never hear my daughter cry in the night without a monitor as her room is on the opposite side of the house
