They quit doing the two tickets things while I was there. You used to get a ticket for yourself and a "date". They axed that and you only got the one. Only benefit over the regular student section was that your seats were reserved (and sometimes a little better). But it had nothing to do with being "greek". Also, they cost more than the regular student tickets. Any group that was a registered organization could sign up for those tickets. I remember the MBA school had tickets behind us one year.

I don't know what to tell you man. I was there ten years ago, and we stayed the whole game.

Leaving early must be a generational thing. In my day, 1987-92, we stayed until nearly the end of every game, and this was during the less-than-stellar Mike Archer and Gerry Dinardo years.

Our dates wanted to be at the game as well. It's just what you did.

We were rewarded tremendously in 1988.....the earthquake game vs Auburn.
