Sabores Dominican Restaurant in Bossier City has Cow Feet for the Monday Special. Tripe is on Thursday. I've eaten there many times but went with other items. I asked for the cow feet once, but they were out.

Mexican taco joints like La Michoacana in Shreveport have menudo (loaded with tripe) on weekends. LM serves pozole soup on Saturday (delicious) and menudo on Sunday.

I don't do tripe. Perhaps it can be good, but my one try was some of the worst "food" I ever put in my mouth.

A Vietnamese place here used to serve a soup that had blocks of what looked like gray tofu on top. I asked what it was: pork blood curd. I guess no one liked it because when I ordered it later and asked to cut the pork blood, they said they no longer included it.

Bun bo hue is the soup with the blood cakes. It's so good, spicy sour and rich

Referred to as "Sketchy Taco" by students in Shreveport. You can google "sketchy taco Shreveport" and it will come up. LOVE this place.

The last time I had Bun Bo Hue at Danh's Garden on Youree it had the blood cake. They may have eliminated it since then as it was a while ago. I can take it or leave it, though.
