I will give them credit for the CoD4 Remaster. That's a great way to supplement your sales and make your older fanbase happy.

I still don't think that the futuristic/space setting is what their audience really wants. But, CoD may be one of those franchises that has generation gaps in it. Maybe half of their audience wants to relive the days when the band sold out bars all over town and they want to get back together for a few nights and pew again with no 12 year old queerbiscuits screwing everything up. And maybe there is a group of people that want to play Call of Star Wars.

It is a little dirty that they put them together and that's our only option, but they are a business and they don't owe us a damn thing. It'd be nice if they were nice about it, but they aren't.
