I'm not seeing where you dont see that Kramer does have pro prospect abilities. He's got above average field & run, solid arm and is looking like he can hit for average. there have been many drafted and succeeded with much less. No he doesnt have much pop, but neither do most middle infielders not named Carlos Correa or Jason Kipnis... He will be drafted to play second base and he will succeed as a fielder and if he can hit around .280 he has a chance to make it far. I wont bore you with the minor leaguers who have made it despite having little to no tools. Which by the way you are vastly over exaggerating his lack of... he's the starting shortstop at LSU, already making him better than a quarter of the infielders toiling in the minors.

Pretty sure he was on some D1 top prospect list last summer...

pro prospects as in what?
Do I think he'll ever play in the Majors? chances are slim. As a MLB'er, at the least, you need 1 elite tool to even make a bench. He doesn't have one. He runs well but he's not a blazer. He has a decent glove, but he isnt even Darwin Barney or Austin Nola for that matter. He is tiny and that is going to hurt him.
do I think he'll be drafted and play in the minors? sure. He's still considered a pro player.
it's not hating, but he wreaks of a 4 year player. Get another year of SS under his belt and up his value. Add some weight. Drive the ball better. Prove his year at the plate isnt a fluke.

Agreed...They said the same thing about Brian Dozier and I remember playing against him in college. Now he is an all star 2b and one that hits for power
