I'm working out 3 times a week but. Not. Too heavy. Have a slightly torn Labrum in my left shoulder so can only do. Lighter weights right now. It's nearly all diet related.

Not. Counting anything. Just sticking to keto foods and portion sizes.

F yea Friday.

Down about 2.5 lbs from the start of the week without feeling like im starving myself. This is nice. Gotta keep it up during the weekend.

I’ve been bangin this out a few times a week.

Core is getting there. Feels good.
