Back to work today. Diet plans for the week?

Going to the beach in a month or so. I'm going to try to buckle down and lose another 10 before then. It's an arbitrary goal & date, since I'm not going to be impressing anyone at the beach, but it might motivate me enough to stick it out.

I just need to shave my arms and legs this week. I'll be back under 200 lbs if I do.
