Getting work done. +1
I can feel bread's affect on me after I've been zero carb most of the week. For some reason I am curious what my baseline is, and the glycemic load hit on my blood sugar one hr, and two hrs, and how long it takes for me to get to baseline after my dip.
Do you ever notice blood sugar dropping after a fasted workout? Say, one or two hrs afterwards?
And hulk, just quit drinking. I know sometimes I find myself needing to remove all alcohol from my house to get me back to me. Sure, their are health benefits to certain alcohoic beverages, but if you are going cookie monster then there is a problem. I did a little N=1 on myself with beer. If I had beer in the house, I didn't clean up as much. If I have wine (usually do) then I waited until dinner before having a glass or two. With beer, I would have one right after getting home "cracking open a beer" to unwind. I sometimes need to get rid of the wine as well

So blood levels this morning where at 49/50 the two times i tested so I didn't need to do the depletion workout as last nights worked. I had about 185g carbs this morning and measured and it was at 88 right after. Will check again in 30 min or so. Will take readings every hour after that.
As far as blood levels dropping after a workout, yes sometimes. Like last night I my was bad. And when I do long sessions with long times under tension I get nauseous and light headed but during a normal workout where it's only like 12-15 sets total and all about strength, no I don't. Only other time I notice it is during squats sometimes but not sure if that's from the squats themselves and their effect on blood sugar or because it's already low.

Junky 1.5 hours after eating blood sugar is at 81 so falling. I feel like dog shite and taking everything I have not to puke. I think I way under estimated the effect this diet would have on my ability to eat large amounts.
