Morning gents.

About to run this 5k with the ole man. Then headed to Jazz Fest this afternoon. Hopefully I can keep my calorie intake down this weekend so I don't feel like shite on Monday.

The weekends are definitely killing my progress.
I'm doing a horrible job by drinking and eating more carbs.
I was up around 236 or 237 on Monday.

I started doing the 30 day HIIT on darebee.com

Here we are today a crawfish boil and bday party at my house.
It's for fun, but for the diet.
