Dunbar seems to be an NFL guy, when he came a couple of years ago it was pretty much known that he would put in a little time then get promoted when Pelini took a head coaching gig. After one year he went back to the league.

I can't find any links now, but from what I remember he needed some more time served in the NFL to be vested in the pension plan, but I think he only needed a year or two so he may be good by now.
