The interior and engines are sold separately, then Boeing installs them for a cost as well. I forget the exact reasoning for selling things separately, but I want to say it has something to do with the liability of each thing.

-8 around 180 mil
-9 around 212 mil
-10 are going to be around 250 or so

Thats standard run of the mill pricing.
The higher end customers planes cost a little more as they have more luxurious setups installed.


And they sale the plane as a whole unit not separately.
The only time they sale basically a shell is for a business jet that a company purchases and sends to another company for customization.
Also Both GE and Rolls-Royce have separate warranty for their engines, but Boeing warranties their planes for the life of the aircraft (around 40 years)
