Which means at a minimum it will be another 10 years before it's anywhere near passage. Let's be honest here, the only way it gets passed is if the current yahoos in Baton Rouge either die of old age or are run out of town. They have been there far too long to just give up the current stranglehold on power they have, especially the DA and sheriffs associations.
