Don't have kids but some of the things my niece has come home with have been beyond dumb.
Helped her with her homework the other day. Conversions between fractions, percentages, and decimals. No problem.
But a grid of 240 conversions, followed by color coding answers to create a picture in said grid is a little excessive imo.
