This one is tough. To me Boston is and should continue to be deeper and have one of the best young coaches out there. They need to add a true star player though which I think they could with the pieces they have and just being the Celtics.
Minny has the better core today. Lavine and Wiggins will be solid and perennial all stars, and KAT is about 2 years away from being one of the top 5 players in the league. They need a good coach though ... if they can pull one of JVG, Thibs, or Blatt I think they'll get really good real quick.
Today I'd lean towards the TWolves just because their roster has a bigger upside
