Prices aren't going to go up after listing, obviously.
But, homes in desirable areas are listed and sold, not listed for a while then lowered due to not selling. They are lowering their listing price for a reason.

I would rather have I-10 as a commuter than having to take Scenic or Plank. That's disturbing to me. No thanks.
