There's currently over 25 houses for sale in that neighborhood. My boss lives there and has been trying to sell his house for over a year, and has dropped the price over $45,000. Plus with the $1500 HOA fees, it just seems like a place one would want to stay away from right now.

How does that compare to other golf/country club style neighborhoods? That is the question. Bluffs and Greystone are more expensive.
