Well, dont make it a self-fullfilling prophecy. Stress causes a lot of issues. And you are stressing over a non-issue.

That's often the hardest part, at least for me. Stress and anxiety can often lead to actual physical symptoms that only causes more anxiety. Its a vicious cycle.

Seriously though talk to your doctor about it. They can prescribe you with something or recommend a therapist for you to talk to. I've found that just trying to ride it out just results in making you (and your loved ones) miserable. Best thing you can do is take control and try to do something to solve the issue.
