Did you drive it or take a tour? The wife and I drove it. Drove the longggg route. Took us about 7 hours including all of the stops.
She's very prone to car sickness and it wasn't bad at all. You can go at your own pace. If someone is riding behind you, pull over and let them pass.
Road to Hana is a must!
