But let me state. I also watch the video of the "hit and run" and am unconvinced. Just like you wanting to "see the call logs", I want to see physical evidence of a collision.

That video suggest there may have been a collision. without physical evidence, a jury can infer otherwise, particularly if one side disputes it.
