So since it was released and only two calls around the same time and area were reported, you're saying they either removed it or didn't mention a call log that doesn't exist.

I've audited call logging systems for public entities before, and that is exactly what he's suggesting

Im saying they clearly only mentioned calls that came within contact of a dispatcher. Could be something, could be nothing.
