It can be done. It may not be pretty, but it can be done. I take the back window and backseat out. You can throw a ton of stuff in the tub of a Jeep. Prop your 2x4x8s up and let them hang out the back. I think I got 35-40 of them in mine once.

Also, is it cool to post links to contests here? I saw one on facebook for a Bumper giveaway. And of course like anything else, if you share the link they email you, you get additional entries for anyone that enters the contest with your link. If y'all are interested and it is kosher, then I'll post it up and the first person can use my link then post theirs for the next person to enter with to keep it rolling and fair.
