Are there any legal ramifications for the way he advertises?
I mean, could he advertise as Saul Goodman in those cheesy commercials, but still sign all paperwork as "James McGill"?

He has been recording the Saul Goodman commercial for the past three episodes. The American flag last night was the one in the Better Call Saul commercials from BB.
