I know it doesn't sound ideal, but what if he sucks arse this year, we get a top 5 pick next year, get a franchise QB and move on. We would have a ton of money to gather pieces around the young QB. Doesn't sound that bad honestly.

I don't see that happening. He looked incredible after his injury last year.

And what if that QB is terrible? Browns, Jags, Raiders, Bills, Jets, Bucs, etc have taken a while to recover.
