So are you looking for an iPhone app that displays message boards, a message board about iPhone apps, a message board for the app "Find My Phone", or an app that will let you sing over music on your phone? Do you want the mic to output to a speaker or do you want it to record your voice on top of your music? The only thing that I think that could come close to what you are looking for is Garage Band or Music Memos.
