Especially squats of all things. People rarely have a natural abundance of lower body power and lots of flexibility.

I originally said I've seen people walk in the gym and squat 315 without never squatting before. I put the percentage as small but I've seen it done
Then the guy was talking about people at his gym as a whole who can squat 300.
My numbers could be off. I didn't realize 300 was looked at as a spectacular benchmark for a squat.
